By handing us your goods you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.
All prices prior to booking will be agreed in email.
All deliveries will be deemed as being received in good condition unless otherwise stated at the time of delivery.
Items of high value need to be declared at time of quote.
Valewood Logistics LTD holds insurance for loss and damage of physical goods only.
Valewood Logistics LTD will not be held liable for any consequential loss, as a result of any actions performed on behalf of the company. This includes loss of earnings, impact on reputation, however the circumstances arise, even if fault admitted by company.
Same day deliveries are based on best endeavours, meaning we can not be held liable for late deliveries for reasons out of our control, such as traffic or weather conditions. Your consignment will however receive 100% priority whilst in our possession.
Goods in transit liability is limited to £50,000 per load.
All invoices are subject to settlement 30 days from job completion. If settlement is not made in full we reserve the right to impose a surcharge of 2.5% per month or £10 whichever is greater.
Privacy : We hold no data other than that needed to complete the job, all data from that point is not saved or shared.
